Local historian giving lecture on life of Minnesota Civil War Soldiers 

Later this week on Saturday, local historian Caleb Curfman will be giving a lecture at the Fosston Event Center, about the lives of some Minnesota Civil War soldiers. Curfman tells us more about this event, and the unique situation he will be covering. 

Curfman also tells us more about his presentation. 

During his research, Curfman says that he noticed a big difference when it came to how soldiers wrote about the two wars. 

Again, this presentation will take place at the Fosston Event Center (Formerly the Fosston Theater) on Saturday, October 18 beginning at  10:00 AM.
