Mahnomen City Council Meeting

MAHNOMEN, MN—Monday’s Mahnomen City Council meeting featured updates on a couple of new projects. Mahnomen City Administrator Taylor Guenther says there was continued talk with the White Earth Band about an adult treatment center.

There were also talks about building 24 single family town homes in Mahnomen.

Work on the town homes is expected to begin in the fall.  Guenther also had a report on last Saturday’s Wild Rice Days.

The next Mahnomen City Council meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 8.
