Mahnomen City Council meets 

The Mahnomen City Council had a discussion regarding their Water Tower lease agreement with Verizon Wireless during their meeting on Monday night. Mahnomen City Administrator Taylor Guenther tells us more about this discussion, and the action taken by the council. 

Guenther says the council also approved a new fee schedule for next year, which includes a small increase to some utilities. 

Other agenda items from Monday’s meeting included the certification of a tax levy and approval of the city’s budget, which Guenther tells us more about. 

Guenther says the council also approved a measure to reacquire a property lot, which will then be sold to the Mahnomen EDA.
