Mahnomen City Council Meets

MAHNOMEN, MN—There might be a roundabout coming to Highway 59 in Mahnomen.  At Monday afternoon’s Mahnomen City Council meeting, the Council heard a proposal from MnDOT about putting in a roundabout.  Mahnomen City Administrator Taylor Guenther explains.

Guenther says Ottertail Power will continue to supply electricity to Mahnomen for the next ten years.

Also on Monday, the Mahnomen City Council approved a contract for Mathsen Sweeping Service to sweep Mahnomen’s streets twice a year…and also voted to put the City’s current street sweeper up for sale.
