Mahnomen Health Center Doesn’t Make Governor’s Bonding Bill List

Mahnomen County Administrator CJ Holl telling R&J News the Mahnomen Hospital rebuilding project did not make Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s list of projects in the state bonding bill that was announced Tuesday.  Holl says other local projects are in the same boat.

Holl says Mahnomen County will have a lobbyist at the State Capitol when the Legislature goes back to work next month.  That lobbyist did have some good news for Holl.

Mahnomen Health Center, the City of Mahnomen and Mahnomen County are seeking $30 million to rebuild the hospital and nursing home.
