Mahnomen student holding book signing after getting 2nd book published

Local author and Mahnomen student McKenna Bjerk recently had the sequel to her Black Sails series published and she will be holding a book signing for her new book called “Black Sails: Bittersweet Endings”. Bjerk tells us a little about her book and what it’s about. 

Bjerk also talked about her inspiration behind the series and what she has planned next. 

The book signing will take place at the White Earth Community Farmers Market in Mahnomen from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Thursday August 17. “Black Sails: Bittersweet Endings” will be available for purchase at the signing. The book is also available for purchase on Amazon.
