Minnesota Deer Population outlook 

With winter just about over, deer hunters across Minnesota are looking at the potential impact that our winter weather had on the deer population. Northwest Minnesota Wildlife Supervisor Rob Baden says it was another mild winter, which means that you may see an increased amount of deer on the Minnesota landscape. 

Baden says this low amount of snow will also lead to a very dry environment at the end of winter and beginning of spring.
