Minnesota GOP and DFL Set Minnesota Primary Ballots
The Minnesota Democratic (DFL) and Republican (GOP) parties have set their presidential primary ballots for the primary election that’s scheduled to take place on March 5. Both parties have included multiple candidates with the DFL including nine candidates on the ballot and the GOP including five.
The presidential candidates that will appear on the DFL ballot include President Joe Biden, U.S Representative for Minnesota Dean Phillips, Marianne Williamson, Eban Cambridge, Gabriel Cornejo, Frankie Lozada, Jason Palmer, Armando Perez-Serrato and Cenk Uygur.
Candidates that will appear on the GOP ballot include former President Donald Trump, Chris Christie, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, and Vivek Ramaswamy.
Early voting will also be available to voters on January 14.The State of Minnesota doesn’t have party registration but the primary requires all voters to take an oath that declares them as in “general agreement with the principles of the party” that they are voting on.
