Minnesota Hands Free Law: What you can and can’t do

Jim Juve of the Fosston Police Department says they have been seeing an increase in phone usage while driving. Juve took some time to remind people what they can and can’t do with their phone while behind the wheel. 

Juve says that oddly enough most of the time the people breaking these hands free laws are in newer vehicles with Bluetooth, and he encourages people to take a few minutes and set up their Bluetooth. He also gave some other alternative options that are also legal.
