Minnesota Youth Deer Hunting Season Kicks off Next Week 

On Thursday next week youth across the State of Minnesota will be eligible to participate in youth deer hunting season. MN DNR Northwest Area Wildlife Supervisor Robert Baden highlights this early youth season. 

Baden also wanted to give some hunter safety tips so we can do our best to avoid serious injury. 

Youth licenses can be purchased anywhere at any of the Minnesota DNR’s vendors. A list of vendors and more information on the youth season can be found on the Minnesota DNR Website www.dnr.state.mn.us.
