Motorcyclist Injured

A motorcyclist from Dilworth was seriously injured when his motorcycle was rear-ended Tuesday night in Fargo.  The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the unnamed 67-year-old motorcyclist was traveling on 25th Street North between Main Avenue and 1st Avenue around 8:30 Tuesday night when a van driving behind the motorcycle struck it from behind.  The motorcyclist was thrown from the bike and suffered serious, life-threatening injuries. He was taken to a Fargo hospital for treatment of his injuries.  The driver of the van, a 64-year-old Fargo man, was not injured.  No names have been released.  The North Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
