NCE School Board certifies 2026 levy 

The Norman County East School Board certified their 2026 levy after their truth and taxation meeting on Monday night. Norman County Superintendent Rob Nudell says the board certified the levy to the max, and he explains why. 

During administrative reports, the board also heard some promising numbers regarding student attendance and grades, which Nudell tells us more about. 

Nudell also gave an update on their ongoing construction project, which is almost completed, and is under budget. 

Other items from Monday’s meeting included the first and second readings of some new school policies, as well as a report from NCE-UH Activities Director Ryan Pahl.
