Neil’s Quality Meats celebrating 55 years of business 

2026 is a big year for the folks over at Neil’s Quality Meats in McIntosh, as they are celebrating 55 years of business this year. Neil’s Meats owner Bob Bursheim says it feels surreal to be celebrating 55 years of business, and he tells us more about the history of the business. 

Over the last 55 years, Bursheim says he’s seen a lot of change in the business, and he says one thing that has really changed over the years is the wide selections on different flavors and seasonings. 

Operating a business in a small city has its challenges, and Bursheim says the relationship they’ve established between business and consumer has allowed them to stick around for 55 years.
