New District Court Judge Appointed For MN’s 9th District

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has appointed Michael Grover as a District Court Judge in the Ninth Judicial District.  Grover is an assistant county attorney in the Roseau County Attorney’s Office and will be based in Roseau.  Minnesota’s Ninth Judicial District includes Norman, Polk, Mahnomen, Pennington, Marshall, Kittson, Roseau, Lake of the Woods, Aitkin, Beltrami, Cass, Clearwater, Crow Wing, Hubbard, Itasca, Red Lake and Koochiching Counties.
