NMRC Teams compete at FRC World Championship in Houston
Multiple teams from the Northern Minnesota Robotics Conference (NMRC) were in Houston this past week for the First Robotics World Championship. One of the teams in attendance was Thunder Robotics out of Hatton-Northwood ND. Team Advisor Mike Voglewede tells us how things went for his team.
The NMRC had seven representatives in Houston, and Voglewede says all the teams did a great job representing the NMRC, Northern Minnesota and North Dakota on the world stage.
NMRC teams in attendance at Worlds included:
- Team 876 – Thunder Robotics (Hatton-Northwood, ND)
- Team 2883 – F.R.E.D ( Warroad, MN)
- Team 3297 – Full Metal Jackets (Perham, MN)
- Team 3313 – Mechatronics (Alexandria, MN)
- Team 5653 – Iron Mosquitos (Babbitt, MN)
- Team 5913 – Patriotics (Pequot Lakes, MN)
- Team 7048 – Red River Rage (Fargo, ND)
