Nokota Packers cutting down on food waste 

Waste is a major concern for any business, especially for businesses that work with food. Nokota Packers in Buxton recently rolled out a new product to cut down on food waste, specifically with their potatoes. Carissa Olsen of Nokota Packers tells us more. 

Olsen tells us just how much food is saved from this new product. 

Nokota Packers has teamed up with KRJB 106.5 FM to give away 20 pound bags of their potatoes in celebration of National Mashed Potatoes Day, which is on Saturday. The drawing will take place on Saturday at 8:20 AM on KRJB 106.5 FM.
