Norman County Building In 2023

Norman County Environmental Services Director Garry Johanson spoke with R&J News last week about several topics that were important in 2023.  One topic was planning and zoning in the county.  Going by the numbers, Johanson says it was a good year in Norman County; good, but not great.

Johanson says he’s looking forward to better housing figures for Norman County in 2024.
