Norman County DWI Court Celebrating 10 Year Anniversary today

Norman County DWI Court is celebrating its 10 Year Anniversary today, and they invite you to the Norman County Courthouse to celebrate, and learn more about the program. Norman County attorney Elizabeth Brainerd tells us more.
