Norman County East construction project moving along 

The Norman County East School Board had a discussion about the 2025/2026 School budget at their meeting on Monday night. Norman County East Superintendent Rob Nudell talks more about the schools budget, and the impact recent legislation has had on it. 

Nudell says the District has also reached a contract agreement with their teacher’s union for 2025/2026 and 2026/2027. 

During his superintendent’s report Nudell gave the  board an update on their ongoing summer construction project, and he’s happy to report that everything is moving forward without any major issues. 

Other items included administrative reports, staff hirings/resignations, and a contract with Norman-Mahnomen Public Health for school nursing services.
