Norman County East Mourning the loss of a student

The Norman County East School District is mourning the loss of a fellow schoolmate and student, and 17 year old senior Cody Prestegord was killed in a car accident on February 12. Norman County East Principal Raina Askin says that students are still in the grieving process, but have been very supportive of one another during these difficult times. 

Askin also says NCE students and the Community have set up different ways to memorialize Prestegord and help his family as well. 

Prestegord’s Funeral took place Monday morning in the Norman County East gymnasium.
