Norman County East wraps up week one of classes, school construction continues 

Week one of school is in the books at the Norman County East School. NCE Principal Kelly Kalina says school started off strong, and that there was a lot of excitement in the building last week. 

Parts of the school remained closed due to the ongoing summer construction project, and Kalina gives us an update on where things are at in the project.
