Norman County Historical Society holds annual meeting 

The Norman County Historical Society held their annual meeting last week. Solvieg Kitchell of the Historical Society says some of the items taken up during the meeting included the election of the organization’s board, as well as a name change. 

In other Historical Society news, Kitchell says their building project is continuing to move along, and they will be doing some additional work sometime next year. 

With the work being done at the Historical Society, Kitchell says they will unfortunately be canceling their annual Festival of Tree Event, which usually takes place in December.
