Norman County Raceway honors partners on new grandstand

If you’re going to be at the Norman County Fairgrounds this weekend for the annual Fun in the Flatlands celebration, you may notice a change to the new grandstands at the Norman County Raceway. (NCR) NCR Track Promoter Jake Bitker tells us more.
