Norman County Social Host Ordinance Reminders
Area schools will be holding their graduation ceremonies this week, and with graduation comes graduation parties. These parties can often be a hotbed for underaged drinking and Kim Myers of Norman-Mahnomen Public Health reminds parents of the Norman County Social Host ordinance.
Myers says parents can be held responsible even if they are not present when underaged drinking is taking place.
Myers also explains potential punishment if a person is held responsible.
