Norman-Polk Extension planning post harvest education programs 

The 2024 harvest season is just about here, and Norman-Polk County Extension is approaching one of their busiest times of year. While the harvest is at the forefront of Extension’s focus, Extension Educator Heather Dufault says they are starting to plan out their post harvest education meeting and program schedule. Dufault gives us a preview of what topics may be a focus for this year’s post harvest programming.
