North Dakota Deer Season Preview 

The North Dakota Deer Rifle Season is set to kick off on Friday, and the North Dakota Game and Fish (NDG&F) is asking that hunters do their part in making sure the season is safe, and lawful for all. NDG&F Game Warden Drew Johnson goes over the dates for this year’s deer gun season, and reminds people about the new youth season changes. 

Johnson says land posting is always a topic that people have questions about, and is also one of the most common violations. Johnson reminds hunters how land posting works, and what’s legal, and illegal. 

Johnson also reminds hunters about some other miscellaneous laws that are often broken, including tagging laws, unlawful vehicle usage, and party hunting. 

Lastly Johson says that Safety is always the number one priority for Game and Fish, and he goes over some safety reminders that all hunters should follow.
