One Dead In Car Crash Near Ulen

One man is dead as a result of a car crash Saturday night near Ulen.  The Clay County Sheriff’s Department tells R&J News deputies responded to a report of a crash in the 18000 block of 250th Street North, northwest of Ulen, around 11:40 Saturday night.  The cause of the accident is not known, nor are the number of vehicles and other people involved. Despite the efforts of Ulen Fire and Rescue and Sanford ambulance crews, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.  No names have been released; the accident is still under investigation.
