One Injured In Lake Park Accident

LAKE PARK, MN—A woman from Lake Park is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after her SUV collided with a tractor Tuesday morning in Lake Park.  The Minnesota State Patrol says a tractor driven by 22-year-old David Bjerke of Lake Park was westbound on US Highway 10 around 8:30am and was trying to make a right turn.  An SUV driven by 29-year-old Joanna Shipman of Lake Park was behind the tractor on Highway 10 and collided with the tractor.  Shipman was taken to a Fargo hospital with life-threatening injuries.  Bjerke was not injured.
