One Injured In Polk County Vehicle Accident
A Crookston woman suffered non-life threatening injuries after a crash in Polk County Tuesday night. The Minnesota State Patrol says a Ford Taurus and a Dodge Caravan were both traveling eastbound on Highway 2 just after 7:30pm Tuesday when the vehicles collided at the intersection of Highways 2 and 75. The driver of the Caravan, 34-year-old Kayleigh Ibarra of Crookston, was injured and taken to a local hospital. Her passenger, a 15-year-old boy, was not injured. The driver of the Taurus, 18-year-old Morgan Muir of Hallock, was not injured. All involved were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
