Perley Grade Raises Update 

The Perley Grade Raises have been a major talking point in Norman County over the last couple years, and the project recently hit a major milestone in its completion. Tara Jensen of the Wild Rice Watershed District tells us more. 

Jensen also tells us what’s next for the project, as well as the project’s deadline.
