Polk County Fair Chocolate Contest Back for Another Year

The Annual Polk County Fair Chocolate Contest is back for another and is looking for entries. Chocolate Contest organizer Zina Ivanov gives us the details on the contest and what participants will be judged on. 

According to Ivanov there will be two divisions of competitors that will be based on age that includes a youth division and adult division.
