Polk County Fair Chocolate Contest is Wednesday
The annual Polk County Fair Chocolate Contest is on Wednesday, and they’re calling on all bakers and chocolate enthusiasts to enter a dish. Event organizer Zina Ivanov tells us more about the competition, and the kind of dishes they’re looking for.
Ivanov says they will also be giving away prizes for those who podium.
Again, contestants should meet at the Hanson Free Stage by 6:30 PM on Wednesday at the Polk County Fairgrounds.
