Polk County Sheriff’s Office reminding drivers to move over for first responders 

Did you know that in Minnesota you are legally required to move over for first responders if they are parked or working on the shoulder of the road? Polk County Sheriff Jim Tadman tells us more about these laws called Ted Foss Laws. 

Tadman says you are also required to move over for stalled non-emergency vehicles, which is why it’s important to stay focused when you’re driving.
