Practice ATV Safety this Independence Day weekend 

Independence Day weekend is fast approaching, and one way many will be celebrating is by taking to Minnesota many miles of trails to do some off-roading. On top of avoiding drinking and driving, Fosston Police Chief Phil Juve shares some safety reminders that all riders need to be following this Independence Day weekend. 

Juve says there are some regulations you need to be following as well.
