ERSKINE, MN – So you think you can bake? Are you ready to put your skills to the test?

The Best Baker competition is back again during the Erskine Water Carnival! The competition will be held on Saturday, June 3rd at 9:30 AM. Prizes will be awarded in three categories: frosted/iced cakes, pies, and cookies/bars.
