REAL ID Deadline fast approaching 

The Federal enforcement of REAL ID begins on May 7, and area residents are encouraged to get compliant so that they avoid potential travel delays. Stacy Erickson of the Norman County License Center explains what a REAL ID is, and how it’s different from other types of drivers licenses, and documentation. 

Erickson also explains what kind of documents you will need to bring to the licensing center, in order to receive your REAL ID. 

Finally, Erickson encourages you to get registered for a REAL ID as soon as possible, as there can be extended delays.
