Red Cross Facing Blood Crisis

Blood supplies at the American Red Cross are so low that the Red Cross has declared a national blood crisis—just the second time the Red Cross has ever used the word crisis.  Kimberly Vosseteig, executive director of the American Red Cross for Eastern North Dakota and Western Minnesota, talks about the shortage.

Vosseteig has advice for first-time blood donors.
