Red River Valley Co-Op Power new facility open house 

Red River Valley Co-Op Power is celebrating the grand opening of their new facility in Halstad today from 12:00pm to 3:30pm. Red River Valley Co-Op Power CEO Rich Whitcomb highlights what people can expect from the open house. 

The new facility is located at 109 2nd Ave E in Halstad.
