Representative Jim Joy wants Minnesotans to vote on new state flag and seal redesign

Minnesota Representative Jim Joy joined us for a legislation update last week and one piece of legislation that he gave an update on is the Minnesota State Flag and Seal redesign. Joy tells us what he’s been hearing about this and says that a redesign should be up to all the residents of Minnesota through a vote.
