Representative Joy Discusses Minnesota State Flag Change

Minnesota State Representative Jim Joy appeared on the Kaleidoscope to talk about a plethora of topics and concerns that will be addressed during the ongoing Minnesota Legislative session. One of the topics discussed was the changing of the Minnesota State Flag and Seal, and Joy says one of the reasons he’s against the change is the cost of changing it. 

Joy Represents District 04B which includes Becker County who was one of the latest counties to denounce the new state flag design, and he thinks that the people he represents didn’t have a fair say in the change.
