Riverview LLP Open House

HALSTAD, MN—Dozens of people came to the Landmark in Halstad Tuesday afternoon to learn more about the proposed Herberg Dairy in Traill County.  Riverview LLP, owners of Waukon Dairy near Gary, are planning to build a $180 million dairy operation southeast of Hillsboro.  This dairy would be home for 25,000 cows—more than double North Dakota’s current cow population.  Bryan Dean of Velva, who sits on a couple of dairy boards in North Dakota, gave a thumbs up to the project.
