Road Crews Ready For Winter Storm

With a major snowstorm headed our way, R&J News checked in with the Norman County Highway Department to see if they’re ready for it.  County Engineer Keith Berndt says his crew is ready.

Berndt was asked if the highway department’s budget can accommodate this expense of this April storm.
