RRWMB testifies in St Paul 

The Red River Watershed Management Board (RRWMB) was in St Paul earlier today (yesterday if used on Friday) to testify for funding that would be used for many water, and flood management projects across the Red River Valley, RRWMB Executive Director Rob Sip tells us more.  

Speaking of needs, Sip explained how necessary the funding for the projects is, and how all the money they asked for would mostly be used right away.
