Senate Democrats Express Confidence in Anti Junk Fees Bill 

Minnesota State Senator Lindsey Port installed her confidence into a senate bill that would eliminate junk fees for Minnesota businesses. Senator Port says the bill will produce fair competition between businesses and lead to more transparency between business and consumer. 

Senator Port says the bill does not ban gratuity/service fees at restaurants but does eliminate fees that would cover the “costs of doing businesses”.
