Senator Mark Johnson discusses State Budget Agreement 

Earlier this week on Thursday state legislative leaders came to an agreement on the framework of a state budget. Senate Minority Leader Mark Johnson gives his thoughts on the budget agreement. 

Johnson also talked about what’s next for the legislature now that this agreement has been made. 

Johnson did not however leave out the possibility of this agreement needing to be re-negotiated if talks stagnate.
