Senator Tina Smith talks Farm Bill 

The Farm Bill will be expiring later this year, and producers across the country are left wondering if Washington will be able to pass a new bill by the end of the year. US Senator Tina Smith gives us an update on Farm Bill discussions in the Senate, and the need to get a bill done. 

Smith also gave us a look into what a potential Farm Bill timeline may look like at this point in time. 

Smith tells us whether there’s a concern of “late term politics” getting in the way of a new Farm Bill, as it is an election year.
