Smiley’s Rescue Seeking people to adopt dogs and cats 

Smiley’s Rescue of Fertile is currently seeking homes for a plethora of dogs and cats in their care. Sidney Williams of Smiley’s Rescue says they are at full capacity, and she also explains how you can start the adoption process. 

Williams says they are also continuing to promote the practice of saying and neutering, and she explains why that is such an important cause to promote.
