Sons of Norway Host Annual Torsk and Meatball Dinner in Fosston

FOSSTON, MN — The Sons of Norway Granlund Lodge #240 is preparing for its annual Torsk and Meatball Dinner, offering local residents a taste of traditional Scandinavian food prepared by David Lee and Tiffany Sterry Catering.

The event will take place on Thursday, Oct. 8, at the Embassy Center in Fosston. Attendees will enjoy a full menu featuring torsk, meatballs, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetables, a roll, lefse, and dessert, along with door prize drawings throughout the evening.

Meals are priced at $20.00 each, with two dining options available:

• Drive-Through / Pick-Up: 5:00 p.m. – 5:45 p.m. at the back door of the Embassy (corner of 3rd Street and Eaton Avenue).
• Dine-In: 6:00 p.m. inside the Embassy Center.
