South Fargo Missing Teen 

The Fargo Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in the location of a missing teenager. 13 year old Roger Fell ran away from home on Tuesday, September 5 at 11:pm from his home in South Fargo. 

Roger is 5’6”, 100 lbs. with brown eyes and purple dyed hair. He was last seen wearing a black and white “Night Before Christmas” sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and black Converse shoes.

The Fargo Police Department asks that anyone with information about Roger’s whereabouts to contact the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701-451-7660.

Anonymous tips can also be submitted by texting FARGOPD and the tip to 847411.
