Spaeth reaches deal with Hawley School District, will become next Superintendent
After a lengthy process of finding a successor for longtime Superintendent Phil Jensen, the Hawley School District has put pen to paper, and have officially hired Waubun-Ogema-White Earth Superintendent Jordan Spaeth as their new face of the district. Hawley Elementary Principal Chris Ellingson says he, and the rest of the district are excited to welcome Spaeth to the district later this year.
In other school news, Ellingson reminds parents that the end of the trimester is today, which means 2/3rds of the school year is now complete.
